Non-Slip PVC Surface

Strong PVC top has a grooved pattern for optimum grip. Stops your feet from slipping for a controlled workout. Plus, stops your hands slipping if you’re doing press-ups or planks.

Easily Height Adjustable

Comes with three sets of attachable risers to easily adjust its height. The higher the step, the tougher the test. Choose a height of 10cm, 15cm, or 20cm to work your muscles harder.

Stable Wide Base

Big square risers create a more stable surface when performing step ups. Risers also have TPE stoppers to provide optimum grip on hard flooring and protect your floor from scratches.

Strong Weight Capacity

Platform is made from high-density polyethylene with a PVC top for high-impact workouts. Supports a maximum weight capacity of 250kg (550lbs which is just short of 40 stone).

Easily Height Adjustable

The step includes three sets of risers to easily adjust its height. Simply place the risers on top of each other and place the platform on top. The higher the step, the tougher the test. Choose 10cm if you’re a beginner, 15cm for intermediate difficulty, or 20cm if you’re at peak fitness.

Good sturdy step only downside for me is that the raisers don't clip in so when step is not being used raisers tend to get in the way in storage
