Intensify Your Workout

Elevate the intensity of your workout with our Weighted Toning Balls. Small enough to hold in your hands and weighted with sand, they're great for adding resistance to exercises to sculpt and tone your muscles.

Choice of Weights

Choose 2 x 0.5kg, 1kg, or 1.5kg toning balls. 0.5kg balls contain natural sand and 1kg and 1.5kg balls contain iron sand. Same consistency as natural sand, but heavier. Adds extra weight without extra bulk.

Soft-Touch PVC Shell

Each ball comes pre-inflated and pre-filled with sand to use straight from the get-go. Designed with a durable, soft-touch PVC shell for firm, comfy grip when exercising. Plus, injury and damage prevention.

Part-Filled with Sand

Because the balls are part-filled with sand, the sand has space to shift and move around inside them. Creates an unbalanced weight to add instability to exercises and activate a wider range of muscle groups.

Lynn,
I bought these set of Core Balance 1kg weighted balls for shoulder therapy and they were already inflated and ready to use, unlike some other brands. They are well made, exactly as described, competitively priced and they were packaged well. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from Core Balance again.
