This is a really good hoop, enough weight that you get a workout without being too heavy to control. I did have sore ribs and weirdly just one hip bone for the first few days but soon disappeared. Nice padding and colours and easy to assemble, and convenient to store if needed when taken apart. It was more flimsy than I was expecting but it’s not a solid hoop so can’t be helped, this in no way changes my review. Great bit of kit for a different kind of workout, and good fun.

Slightly lighter than I remember weighted hula hoops being, but still perfect for what it's for. Particularly love the adaptability in lockdown, as you can decrease the size for indoor spaces and increase it for outdoor. Is also very useful for storing it away. Only negative is the foam can tear quite easily and one of the sections already has a big tear in it; when dismantling the parts, you have to push quite hard into the foam to release the adjoining section, and if you have longer nails I imagine tears will occur a lot there. Overall though very happy with the product as a beginner, and have been using it a lot :)

It was hard to put together even when following instructions, the pieces would go in but wouldn’t be secure until you hear a click and it was very difficult to do that because I had to push it in very hard. Other than that the hula hoop is very good once it’s assembled it stays secure and works very well.

Awesome product! I did get a couple bruises on core but that is to be expected if your new in the first week, and they don’t hurt so... who cares! Love the colour, like man it’s gooooood.
Oh, remember to use all the hula hoop parts if your an adult cause trying to hula hoop using just 6 parts is freakin impossible. It just goes woooooshhh, so fast.
