Side Leg Lifts
Lie on Your Side – Keep your body straight, resting on one arm.
Lift Your Top Leg – Raise it without tilting your hips.
Lower & Repeat – Bring it down with control and repeat.
Bicep Curls
Stand Tall – With weights on wrist, stand tall with hands in fist shape.

I started with just one on my ankle at first, but now I am lifting my leg, albeit not as much as I can with the one. My doctor asked me to take my time. So I am back to one on my ankle, for now. These weights are HUGE and not at all the size I was expecting. I have small wrists so these just fall off entirely, and are quite uncomfortable around the ankles too. There is no way I’d be able to run in them or even go for a short walk.
Instead I’ve just started using them as light weights in my hands a bit like boxing gloves.
