Full Body Workout
The balance trainer is perfect for full body workouts. As well as standing on the platform, you can do push-ups on it to build your upper body strength. When the dome is facing up, you can use it to perform squats, side lunges, sit-ups, yoga poses, weights and more.
Hand Pump Included
A hand pump allows you to easily inflate the dome to your desired capacity. Increasing the amount of air inside the dome makes it less stable to stand on whilst decreasing the amount of air helps to improve your stability and balance.
